Period 5 historic road racer, built by owner in 1993 and modified since.
A front running machine in the hands of Michael Dibb. The 'Beast', is known World wide and the featured photo, shows World's number 1 motorcycle journalist Alan Cathcart riding her whilst doing a revue, that was featured in many publications around the World.
One of less than a handful of CBX, 6 cylinder racers in the World and the most competitive.
Modifications
Larger valves and cams, larger bore pistons, lightened crank, CR special carbs, Wilbers rear suspension, Metmachex period alloy swing arm. Frame stock, but modified to allow quicker steering and more ground clearance.
Front rotors, period floating cast rotors. Opposed piston Brembo calipers. Front rim Honda 3.5 x 17, rear rim, Kawasaki, 4.5 x 17. Current exhaust system, 6 into 6 Pipemasters, in stainless steel, that looks and performs spot on! Plus more!
