History
This Ford Utility (Wellside) V8 was built by Ford in their Geelong Factory in 1934. This vehicle has been in the Conner family since new. Being first used for family transport and in later years, as a work vehicle on the property towing fruit trailers. The ute spent many years in retirement after that.
In the last 10 years, Larry Conner (now 81) has completely dismantled this vehicle and rebuilt it from the ground up, as original. Still powered by a Ford Flathead V8 as it was supplied with in 1934.
Larry and his wife, Sue are both members of the Hillston Historic and Classic Car Club. They both are very proud of their complete restoration of this rare vehicle.
