1956 VW Oval streeter rebuild project

My 1956 Oval VW that I first bought in 1976 to travel to Uni and study Mechanical Engineering. Over the first 2 years it was modified with stroked (74x92) mild cam, Holley, and KMac stabilisers added front and rear as well as a 'select-a-drop' at the front. I used it until 1990 when I decided to restore it.. 30+ years later (yes. retired) it is slowly getting back together. I did not rebuild the engine which had been shelved since 1986, it ran fine on a bench start up. New paint (Grigio Silverstone) and in time the windows, trim etc will go back in..
