This week's episode is all about Chryslers, Fletch heads off to the Central Coast of NSW to Canton Beach for the Hunter Valley Chrysler Club of NSW 'Chrysler Wake Run', a tribute to two decades of Chrysler manufacturing in Australia.
The weekend event included a mystery cruise and lunch on Saturday followed by a Mopar Show & Shine on Sunday where Fletch finds some special Mopars and chats with their owners. Brendan with a 1961 Chrysler Newport, Noel with a 1967 Chrysler New Yorker and Justin with a 1962 S Series Valiant that featured in episode 31 of Shannons Club TV, still in original condition, purchased from a family who owned the vehicle from new for 50 years.
Then there was Joe Anzini, who is undoubtedly a Mopar fanatic who brought 5 Mopars to the Chrysler Wake Run. A Dodge Truck, Dodge Ute, Dodge Charger, Plymouth Cuda and Dodge Phoenix.
Finally, Fletch catches up with event organiser Bill Rigby with his own 1971 VF VIP Valiant. Bill and his wife Julie assisted with organising the event that this year attracted around 120 Mopars to this beautiful beach location on the Central Coast of NSW.
