Castle Hill RSL Rattle & Hum Car Show: Classic Restos Series 35
Fletch travels out to Castle Hill RSL in Sydney for the 9th Annual Rattle & Hum Car Show. Based in the RSL's twin level car park that caters for up to 340 Cars at this year's Show. With all proceeds going to Tallowood a local Children's charity who look after kids with disabilities. As always Fletch gets out amongst the enthusiasts and talks with some owners with some special cars. There's Steve with his 1964 Chevrolet Impala in pretty much original condition, other than the wheels/tyres and air ride hydraulic suspension that provides some nifty lift movements. Wayne with very hot looking 1955 Ford F100 truck in Sting Red, this one is a full restoration from the ground up, engine, gearbox, body and interior. Then a Ford and Holden Owner with two popular and collectable models, Mark with a 1973 Ford XA Coupe made famous by their racing performances and a 1973 Holden HQ Monaro 2 door, that was saved from being a paddock basher and fully restored for days just like the Rattle & Hum Car Show. Thanks to the RSL at Castle Hill and the Car Clubs who actively support this event.
