Fletch returns to Ohio and the home of Mopar collector Murray Park, with around 1,000 Mopars in his collection and talks not with Murray but his family. Christina, Murray's daughter and her 1958 Desoto Sportsman, then Jane, his mother who today still owns a 1956 Cadillac Convertible her absolute pride and joy for many years. They both talk of their passion for these cars and you can see the origins of the car enthusiast gene.
While checking out the Mopar collection in the endless turkey barns, Fletch spotted a 1967 Chrysler New Yorker (4 door) that had been in the barn untouched for 15 years. It was too good an opportunity and Fletch did what he preaches and purchased the car for his collection and on the day with a little patience got it running after 15 years in storage. So the 1967 Chrysler New Yorker is headed to Australia and Fletch will keep us posted on its progress.
