2018 Hershey Classic Car Show: Classic Restos - Series 39

It’s Saturday at Hershey and that means Classic Car Showtime, out come all makes, models, colours and styles. There is an endless array of quality vehicles to choose from as Fletch makes his way around the show to talk with the owners.
First up there's Dick with an early pre-production model of the 1964 Buick Riviera 2 door, fully restored with some 35 options that were made available on this model, one interesting one being a retractable rescue light under the bonnet.
Next there's Jerry with his immaculately restored 1962 Thunderbird with roadster tonneau. Jerry undertook a complete restoration after the car had been abandoned for 45 years.
Dominic, an automotive restorer of 50 years, proudly displays his 1970 Mercedes-Benz 300 SEL featuring a 6.3 litre Double Overhead Cam V8, with an impressive history of ownership being the first car of Graham Nash, member of the Crosby Stills & Nash.
Chris's vehicle is a very sophisticated piece of automotive history a 1957 Dual Ghia, a joint venture of Dodge & Italian car designers Ghia. Reportedly only 100 ever built with some impressive American owners Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra. It is valued today at more than US $500,000.
Finally something a little more vintage, an original 1911 Mercer that owner Bill drove at the 100 anniversary of the Indianapolis. With just 3 speed gearbox and 1 reverse with a cruising speed of 50mph, built in Trenton New Jersey.
