This EV/Electric car is built in Germany alongside its little sister the VW iD3 in the same factory. The Born is styled and tuned by Cupra of Spain and is an attempt to produce the first EV hot hatch.
It meets almost all the criteria except for it extreme weight problem. It is a lovely and easy car to drive. (My wife loves it) I ordered this back in December and I took position of this last Friday. This model in Europe has a heads up display and many hi-tech features that are missing in this the Australian model. which I was finding a bit hard to swallow for the money.

This car is completely standard but fully optioned with "Sports Pack" (adaptive suspension, 20inch wheels with Michelin 235/40ZR20 Pilot Sport 5 Rubber).
Other options are the interior pack with better seats with massage heating and multiple adjustments, Beats HiFi System. Non standard options or after market include Ceramic Coated exterior, Full car tinting, windscreen Integra Shield coating and IRoad X-10 Dash Cam. I will look for other aftermarket options to improve and peronalise this car when there available.
