Thanks David. I've often thought that the mid 1950s Simca vehicles (Vedette, Versailles and Ariane) looked very similar to the same era Holdens. Probably just following the styling trends of the day? The Chinese FAW DongFeng CA71 was also based on the Simca and has tail lights similar to FB/EK. I have mocked up a Holden/Simca joint effort.
