Mark, I hope that M-B can return to their former glory. As an aside, I completed an extra garage to house the expanding family fleet. It was designed as a spacious two car garage. I parked my Porsche to one side, the Holden to the other and after lining up the Tesla was able to slot it between the others using Summons. There is no room to open the Tesla’s door, but I did not need to. My Tesla has built in Homelink, to control the electric garage door. I linked the car to the garage door. There is a setting for automatic opening and closing in the car which I activated without thinking too much about it. Standing outside the garage, I sent the Tesla in. It stopped automatically about a metre from the back of the garage, applied the handbrake, went into Park and then it closed the garage door by itself, which took me by surprise.
