My Morris Major Elite was rear-ended in a big way by a tradie in a Falcon Ute who I suspect was texting. As no-one was hurt, the Police weren't notified (didn't want to come apparently). His insurance company - not Shannons, inspected my car, (which drove home as if nothing had happened) and agreed to fix the damage completely with the panel beater of my choice, which included a part respray of the car. I am soooooo glad I didn't tell his insurer that I thought the guy was texting as it may have been a different outcome. Also, my Getz rolled out of my driveway into a friend's Subaru causing a bit of panel damage and a lot of embarrassment on my behalf. Shannon's couldn't have been more helpful with the repair of both cars, and even a follow-up afterwards.
