Popular in the bush and has been pointed out here, a good rival for the Studebaker Lark, big Ramblers and even Humber Super Snipe. Ford Australia's advertising had a bit of glamour to their artwork, using much of the American backgrounds. The 1960 Galaxie and both our '62 and '63 Fairlanes are seen in very aspirational settings. By 1964 photography continued the theme, but with a much more local touch.
