The headlights went on without a glitch and the grille is firmly in place. I made a start on the door rubber seals and will complete them tomorrow. A minor issue is that the window frames have small holes for the plastic clips in the rubber to push into but the door itself has larger holes(too big) even though the clips are the same. I have a work around for this.
