Although Australian Teslas do not have the city self-driving abilities as in North America, last nights update improved our vehicles abilities. When selecting autopilot on suburban roads, it now knows the difference between a car crossing out in front of me with a car that has entered the lane and is accelerating away. It will also go through green lights without seeking permission first, although it does let you know. I am yet to try it, but I think that it will also take off from a green light even if I am the leading vehicle. Another addition was 'parental control', protected by a pin. I have faith in my children and would not use it on them but it would be useful if the car was valet parked or in the hands of others.
