The story was set in 1967 when the British Bobbies were chasing a crook who fled to Australia. 2 x bobbies and their wives made to trip to Oz to team up with the Australian coppers to catch the crook. The script required renting a fancy Australian car so they offered me a deal to rent my '65 Ford Falcon Convertible for a few weeks. When the series aired on ch 72 in 2009 , the Ford featured in just about every scene included to opening scenes. I got to watch a day or so of filming on the gold coast and met at English actors. So I look and the old girl as a movie actress these days.
