Yes I do remember that car. It was called the GTS-R and HSV displayed a prototype at the 2004 Sydney Motor Show (see pic). It was designed to be used in a one-make racing series and powered by a modified 6.0 litre LS2 V8, but as far as I know the concept never went into production, just like the HRT 427.
