Speaking of replicas, here is a beauty I stumbled across at coffee and cars a while back. One of the most correct GT40s I have seen. Just for instance, the orange light on the rear quarter panel was originally placed there to identify the different cars during the 24 hr of LeMans ( so I am reliably told). Believe it or not it is a landing light from a Lancaster bomber. The owner incredibly found one in the UK,original, new old stock. Great car, even if I am biased toward the other red cars in that particular race.Certainly fits Dream car status.
