Some Moons ago I had a Friendly Chat with a Motorcycle Policeman (not the man pictured) and I said to him that Motorcycle Cops seem to be a "Rare Breed" these days, you hardly see one. It is usually Police Pursuit cars or Paddywagons. His reply was "If you apprehend a 'Baddie' you can't take him to Jail as a Pillion Passenger!"
