I also found it interesting that GM's Buick division kept the faux woodgrain wagon tradition going for five years longer than Ford, after it discontinued the Country Squire/Colony Park in 1991. The Buick Roadmaster Estate wagon was available from 1991-1996 and I believe has become something of a collector's item in the US these days.
