Great topic Retro. As you know, Sir Jack is my racing hero - I even named my son after him! He achieved so much in his racing career yet was so humble about it all he never received the accolades he truly deserved. Jack changed the course of Indy 500 history with that little rear-engine Cooper, yet Chapman/Clark/Lotus/Ford were the first to win it with that design in 1965. Speaking of a young Allan Moffat working for Lotus in that phenomenal year at The Brickyard, here's a great post-race image I'd like to share. Not hard to spot the future Australian touring car legend in this line-up!
