Brabham holds the fastest lap of any car on the Bathurst circuit and it did that at this years Liqui Moly Bathurst 12 hour. Brabham should definitely consider being an entrant to next years Bathurst 12 hour endurance race. On a different note I would have to agree with you that it was the best race ever and that Matt Campbell drove the the race of his lifetime to win it in brilliant fashion. Some of the best engineered race cars in the world competed at the 12 hour endurance, but Porsche topped the timesheets to win and an Aussie was behind the wheel.
