We were allowed 21 hours by Insurance Companies to replace a chassis on a crashed HQ, HJ, HX, HZ sedan, that included damaged guards, bonnet etc. I think we got an extra 4 hours on Vans, Utes, and 1 tonners. Many were actually stripped and repaired on a jig at a local Blacksmith who also did cross members.
