Back on track of my favourite movie car would be the Ferrari 250 GT California Spider in Ferris Buller's Day Off. It was a replica of course as the real Ferrari is in the 7 digits these days. The fibre class replica had a 289 Windsor motor and has been restored after the film and now sports a hot 500 Hp 427ci BB.
