There is an article in Unique Cars mag about this 1967 Shelby Toyota 2000GT ~ A rare one indeed. Quite a sad story really, because only three were built by Shelby for Toyota Racing. Even more sad is the fact that only 351 of the road car gems were produced between 1967 and 1971. It was shunned by the Americans because it cost more than a Porsche 911 or an E-Type Jag. (I'm quoting Unique Cars here folks) Pick up a copy of Issue number 484 March 31 of Unique Cars to read more.
