I was told it was the only genuine GT40 in the country. Unfortunately I didn't get the opportunity to get up 'close and personal' to it as the car I was assisting had problems. I've been to 3 of the last 5 Bathurst 12hrs, There is a GT40 pictured that camps not far from us. Unfortunately for some reason this pic has been 'cropped'. Talking to one of their blokes he tells me that it is made in New Zealand to the original GT40 specifications. I understand there is a shop over there that specialises in replicas, particularly racing Jaguars and their products are much sought after in the US. As best I can work out it was that shop that built this.
