Hi Michael, I was just looking through some of the stuff on Shannons site and decided to have a look at what was happening with the Nash cars that people own. I'm guessing yours would be a little further ahead by now, presumably after getting your FC sprayed. My restoration is now approaching nine years since the start, but is starting to get closer to being finished. I was reminded ( not that it would be much help to you ) of a T J Richards built '34 which was on eBay quite a few years ago. Unfortunately from your point of view it had been exported to the US, but it had the front suicide doors like yours. It had been converted to a ute ( pick-up as the Yanks call them ) but the bit which appealed to me was that it appeared to have the same external door handles which I was chasing at the time. I now have enough external genuine handles, although I'm still after internal door handles and window winders ( two of each ) but I don't know whether the T J Richards '34 had the same internal handles as mine or not. If I add a photo of mine then perhaps you could confirm whether or not they are the same as what your car has. That way at least I would know if they were the same or not. Also, if you are wanting to see more photos of the '34 ute, I saved several if they are of any use to you. Regards, Alec.
