In the mid 1980's I used to help a mate out when he raced street sedans and we used to share a pit shelter with Ted Rakowski who had a Hillman Imp with a 13B Peripheral Port Rotary in the back. It was always lightning fast off the grid and could always gain a few places off the line. The attached picture is at Oran Park around 1985.
