The car is RHD, fitted with Dunlop ( D-Type ) wheels and has distinctive high wheel arches. Not a large bonnet bulge, so it's not the Chev powered model. Looks like a Lister "Knobbly" Jaguar. If so, then standing is Brian Lister, and seated is Lister's main driver Archie Scott-Brown.
