Don't know about the greatest race car ever Motorrob, but it's certainly up there. They were good for high 240's kph on Mulsanne. Developed from the 908, it won leMans in '71 and '72 and the CanAm series in '72 and '73. Its dominance basically brought about the end of the CanAm series which was introduced for American V8s but ultimately not limited to those. Check out this DVD - click on pic for full view.
