The Trax ambulance representing a 1969 F100 NSW ambulance is completely wrong, firstly there was no V8 engine available in the 1967 - 1972 model range they all had the Canadian 6 cylinder until 1974 and the model represents a 1969. During this period they never had blacked out bonnets or grills or the safety striping on the side, that came later as the Trax model was based on an ambulance in the Temora museum which was modified later. The F100 Ambulances produced by Rob's Classic Models back in 2016 are much more accurate (see below). They also never had 'NSW AMBULANCE SERVICE' writing on the rear quarters during that period either, that came much later.
