I appreciate all classics and have American, Australian and some European, however, have to say, I like the American ones the best. Great style, cars that just glide along, often to the purr of a V8 and styling not constrained by size or other limitations.
It just shows how different we all are. I glide along in modern cars, but I like to feel connected to the road, so I love sports cars, old and new, but mainly old. I can't argue that the cars you have posted pictures of are stylish, they certainly are (I particularly like the aggressive nose of last one - not even sure what it is!), but they don't float my boat in the same way as they obviously do you. I guess what determines our taste in classics, is a combination of performance, style, handling, memories and nostalgia and sometimes an X factor. Is this X Factor character? Take for example my liking of the Renault 4, Citroen 2CV or Mini. They are definitely not performance cars (Mini Cooper excepted) and to some extent are the antithesis of them, but having driven them, I love their simplicity, their purpose, their character and their ability to charm and put a smile on your face.
