Will this mean the end of Chevrolet badges on Holdens? I have long had trouble with this trend. Wouldn't the buyer of a Commodore ute be proud of its Australianness? The Chevy engine is being used to power a rear-drive Holden coupe utility (an Aussie invention). At least the Blue Oval has international value, whether on a Falcon, Mustang or Mondeo. I agree with you, Motown1 that Holden faces a tough future. It needs a thorough re-imagining.
