I was complacent in forgetting the very special car in my own garage, the Commodore Motorsport Edition. It was made by Holden, rather than HSV, in the last year of local Commodore production. It has the obligatory items such as stripes, unique wheels and rear lip spoiler, upgraded seats and lighting. What I really like is that it has upgraded suspension, brakes and oil coolers. It was not just cosmetic. The attached video is off a car like mine being pushed around Philip Island by a Holden engineer. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ncidsN7NbG0 Ford did something similar to the last Falcons, also making them very special.
