Had a week off the bike due to weather and other commitments. During that time the cables turned up for the speedo and tach. Unfortunately all the mounting hardware is missing to put factory gauges on and my gauges aren’t for this bike anyway. Cable ties to the rescue for the moment. Normally I wouldn’t do that but getting the rubbish GPS speedo off required some violence. Tachometer worked. Speedo did not. After a Sunday morning ride I noticed the little drive tang wasn’t engaged with the wheel, will find out tomorrow if the speedo works. It’s sure nice to have a tachometer though!
