Thanks DB. Whichever way you look at it, Plymouth's designers faced a difficult task in designing anything that looked at least as good as the Mustang, given the cost-conscious need to use as much of the Valiant's sheet-metal as possible. I think Shelby's take on the 1966 GT350 (below), with those neat triangular rear side windows, could have worked well on the first-gen Barracuda.
