The Holden one tonner was the only Australian built with a full chassis as was the HQ /WB utes and vans ... Unlike the ute (Kingswood, Belmont and Sandman options) one version was available. Though there was a special pack that was available for ambulance. A friend had one and came from the factory with quad head lamps, 308 motor and turbo 400 transmission. He used it to tow his boat and work as a builder. I think from memory it has the Premier type bench seat and standard door trims. I cannot recall any other types of "special " factory one tonners only the many that received custom treatment. I doubt if too many stock ones would exist today.
Option B06 was the Ambulance Package available to factory order on HJ, HX and HZ panel van or cab-chassis, comprising L31 engine and M41 transmission, together with the distinctive Premier front clip and (oddly enough) Premier door trims and full-length arm rests ... the rest of the interior was stock commercial vehicle specification, unless you ordered further options. I found this video on YouTube showing off an HX version that was purportedly for sale on eBay many years ago ...
