What a great version this was, particularly attractive tail. Interesting they retained the cabin beltline and raised the front (and boot to match), presumably to take our taller 6 cylinder? The nose treatment is very nice, reminiscent of the big 400i Ferrari Coupe. I have always noticed when a new model comes out they go to big headlights which become slimmer in subsequent models (as happened with VL). I suspect these headlights gave them nowhere to go (also need for higher front, 6 cylinder etc). What a terrific, fully resolved design.
