Great article. The VH was really too much and too late. If the VH came out in 1968 it would have sold much better. Mid/late 60's bigger was seen as better but by the early 70's this had all changed. I see VH as a 1968 model, VJ a 1970 update and CL a 1973. By 1975 the basic VH was well and truly out of date. Its ironic they were totally opposite to Holden's HQ with its modern body but out dated mechanicals. I own both a CH and VJ hardtops and love there just totally inappropriate styling and size, they really shouldn't have been built
