Hi just a long shot I had a 1970 caprice which I traded for a 1974 pontiac trans am at Mr Cars on the goldcoast in 1985 …I heard a rumour decades ago it went to Tassie ….here is a photo of when I had it If it is the same car it had a vinyl roof …..and documentation that came with the car also had its Protector Plate Regards Stephen Higgs
