Dr John, MoParlover and Steve, I would like to have owned all of the cars that you mentioned. My Aussie V8, which I am never selling, is my August 2017 build Commodore Motorsport. It sounds great with the Australian designed Bailey exhaust tips(brainchild of Holden engineer, the late Mr Bailey) designed to channel the V8 chorus into the car. To add to the ownership experience, Holden sent me a couple of photos of my actual car on the production line.
