I have just arranged Shannons Insurance for my latest car. A lovely 1964 Ford Thunderbird I picked up in South Dakota in June this year. It arrived safe and sound last week and is now having a few things done for compliance and then rego. Should be cruising next weekend. Documents support the 13000 mile odometer. The car did have a fresh paint and some light restoration mechanically and runs like new. I purchased a front disc kit to replace the power front drums and from my assessment, that is all the work she will need for a while. Motor is sweet, stock and smooth, auto is silent and shifts like it should. Just a couple of weekends to detail her up before the 2013 Brisbane Ford day at Kedron on Oct 6th.
