PonyRider, I was super-priviliged to see Tony Brooks do some demo laps in a real Vanwall at the Goodwood Revival in 2017. He even wore his old brown race helmet from the late '50s. A lasting memory. ( click on photo for full view of a Vanwall ) johncochrane38, maybe you didn't go to the Tasman Series at Warwick Farm ( and others ) in the early '60s. Some of the best racing I've ever seen. The 1.5 litre F1 cars were hardly "slot cars" !!!
