A sad day for Australian motor sport with another legend passing. He was 94. A very experienced race driver in a wide range of cars and categories over many years. First saw him in the early '60s in the iconic Centaur Waggott in which he won the short-lived Australian GT Championship at Lakeside in 1962. Later paired with Allan Moffat to win the 1969 Sandown race ( the first race win for the Falcon GTHO ) and with Dick Johnson at Bathurst in '80 '81 '82 and '84, winning in '81 in the "True Blue" Falcon. RIP John
