The seat is in good nick other than the foam being a bit flat. Except for the passenger headrest on which the stitching has come away. The foam will need rebuilding but the vinyl is intact so will just need stitching up. I am surprised at this, on first inspection it looked completely buggered but I think this will be a very simple repair. The more I work on this little Ute the more its quality shines through. The later MK was nowhere near as well built as this.
