Yes JW, those big V8 Valiants surrounded by swarms of Cooper S Minis reminded me of hapless WW2 aircraft carriers getting attacked from all sides by squadrons of fighter planes! Nothing could touch the go-kart-like handling, fearfully late braking and twin-tank fuel range of the Minis that year. They are amazing to watch on the old Bathurst vids.
