How lucky is this guy to have the original dealer sticker on his Major Elite? I must admit I've covered the dealer's name on the rear numberplate with black electrical tape of my Commodore because I am so dissatisfied with their service (or lack of). The AA (Automobile Association - not anything to do with over imbibing) badge travelled on the front of some of my cars through nearly every European country and across Australia, but I haven't got a true British car now for it. At Sprinzels in London in the '70s we used to s**** these badges on the back of most cars, mainly MGs, and the owners were in the main were more than happy with them. Now highly sought after apparently. Stacks and P&R Williams in Sydney used to attach badges to the rear of their new cars in the same way.
