This was the 1970 1/2 Falcon wagon, of which they sold 10,539. It was on the 114" wheelbase, whereas the sedan and coupe were on the longer Fairlane/Torino base at 117". The Falcon and Fairlane names were both given the shove in favour of Maverick and Torino by the end of the 1970 model year. This brochure pic looks like the family of three are mourning the name's passing as the sun goes down.......
