An interesting fact about the Jaguar Mk2, is that it was the car of Roy James, the getaway driver of The Great Train Robbery of 1963 (if your familiar with it). The specific model he preferred was the 3.4 because of the handling and the fact that the 3.8 had a heavier crankcase.
