This is my GT L when I first got it, still with the L pack full wheel covers. It had an L badge on the grille and GT badges on the rear quarters and boot lid. It was an August 1970 build. By the time I got it in 1990 the driving lights were gone. In these pics it still had the previous owners number plates. The photos aren't great as they are scanned from prints. My younger sister also had a Mk II Cortina as her first car. I can't remember much about it except it was turquoise and was a column shift manual with a front bench seat.
