Looks like an Austin A55 Countryman with an MG Magnette bonnet and grille panel. BMC Australia converted a Freeway wagon by putting on the Wolseley grille etc for testing in hot outback conditions. It was to make sure the Wolseley 24/80 with the new six could cope with the restricted air intake compared with the Austin. It was later converted back to original. Here's one privately converted found in a Queensland wrecking yard about 40 years ago.
